Before me, the undersigned authority, in and for the County
of Hartford and State of Connecticut, this 26th day of March,
1970, personally appeared Dmile Poulin, who being first duly
sworn upon his oath, deposes and says:
! 1. That Mrs. Simone Poulin, who, on June 2, 1969, execut~ed
i`. the Warranty Deed to gnile Poulin and Claude Poulin to the fo~low
" ing described real estate situated in St. Lucie County, Flori a,
to-wit:

which said Deed was thereafter on June 5, 1969, recorded in the i
Office of the Clerk of St. Lucie County, Florida, in Official ~
' Record Book 178, Page 80 of the Public Records of said county, is ~
~i the affiant's mother. ~

~ 2. That the aforesaid Mrs. Simone Poulin, as such grantor, ~
~ on June 2, 1969, was an unmarried woman; that said conveyance of i
; said real estate was an inter-family transaction involving a
E , mother and her sons, wherein the actual consideration was "Love f
and -Affection."

~ 3. Affiant further says that this affidavit is made not for ~ i
':y the purpose of changing said Deed but for the purpose of c~arify-' '
~ I ing same, because of the fact that the scrivener inadvertenly in ;
~ ~ preparing it omitted the word "and" between the names of ~mile ~
~ ~ Poulin and Claude Poulin, as Grantees, and likewise omitted ,
inadvertently to have said Deed Show that it was the intention of ;
~ i the said Mrs. Simone Poulin, as Grantor, and the agreement of all ;
~ i the parties thereto, that the title should be taken by said ~
~ Grantees, Fmile Poulin and Claude Poulin, as tenants in common ~
~ ~i with the right of survivorship. ;
