RESOLUTION NO. 70-28
SATISFACTION OF LIEN
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County
pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 65-2181, Laws of Florida, 1965,
on the 18th day of March, 1970 filed a lien against any property
owned by EZRA LEE BROWN, Rt. 4, Box 706, Fort Pierce, Florida, in ;
the amount of $177.28, said lien being recorded in Official Record `

Book 183, at page 1660 of the public records of St. Lucie County, ~
~
and
WHEREAS said lien should have been filed against EZRA LEE MOSS
of the same address. ,
NOWt THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commis- ;
sioners of St. Lucie County, Florida, in meeting assembled this
21st day of April, 1970, that said Board does hereby direct the
Clerk of the Circuit Court of said County to cancel said lien of
record.
