The within conveyance is made upon the express limitation that
the grantee may not sell, dispose or encumber the within asset
prior to September 15, 1972.

Being the same premises conveyed to the grantor by deed dated ;
October 25, 1963, recorded December 16, 1963 in Book 76, at #
page 597.
TOGETHER with all the tenements, hereditaments and
appurtenances theretio belonging or in anywise appertaining.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same in fee simple forever. ;
