JOHN J. BRUNETTI, of full age, being duly sworn accord- f
ing to law, upon his oath deposes and says that:

1. I am one ot the Executors of the Estate of the
late Joseph J. Brunetti.
2. Under the provisions of the Last Will and Testa-
ment of Joseph J. Brunetti, who died on December 9, 1468,
Lucille V. Costa is entitled to one-third of the residuary estate.

The property described in the deed annexed hereto is being con- ;
veyed to the said Lucille V. Costa in partial satisfaction of the ~

; money and properties due to her under the terms of said Will .
