THIS INDENTURE, executed this day of March, 1969, ~
between CHARLES D. MINARIK, as executor of the estate of Mary E.
Minarik, deceased, party of the first part, and CHARLES D, MINARIK,
individually, whose post office address is 209 Avenue D, Fort Pierce,
Florida, party of the second part,
WITNESSETH:
The party of the first part on ±he day of March, 1969,
pursuant ta the dispositive p~ovisions of the last will and testament of the
