For value received, 1, we, or either of us, promise to pay without defalcation, to the order of
HARIt1S CON3TRUCTION CORPORATION, at their offiqe in Fort Pierce, Florida, the sum of a 4 a3Q0.00

Privilege is given to pay two or more installments at any installment maturity date, but this shall not extend
the time of maturity of a~y subseque~t installment. Neither forbearance, nor acceptance by the holder
hereof after any deTault in any payme~t hereon, shall be deemed extension.
Each maker, surety and endorser hereof, jointly and severally, waives demand, presentment, protest
and notice of protest for non-payment, and further agrees to any extension of time of payment, either before
, or after maturity, without notice to any of us; and to pay all costs of collection, including a reasonable attor-
ney's fee in the event of any default hereunder, and hereby severally waives all benefit of homestead and
exemption under the Constitution and laws of each State of the United States, as against this obligation or _
any extension of renewal hereof.
