SECURITY AGREEMENT ~

FLORYDA FREEDOM NEWSPAPERS, INC., (hereinafter called
"FREEDOM") and PERRY PUBLICATIONS, INC., (hereinafter called "PPI")

follows:

Creation of Security Interest
FREEDOM hereby grants to PPI a security interest in
the collateral described in Paragraph II to secure the performance
or payment of all obligations and indebtedness of whatever kind
and whenever created of FREEDOM to PPI. ~

Collateral ~
The collateral of this security agreement is furnishings,
furniture, equipment and inventory of the following description:
A. All of the equipment and other personal property
described in the booklet entitled, "Playground Daily News Inventory" ~

a copy of which has been delivered to and inspected by FREEDOM ~
prior to the execution of this agreement; ~
