(a) Written notice mailed to FREIDOM at the
chief place of business desiqnated with h~-signature below five
days prior to the date of public sale of the collateral or prior
to the date of public sale of the collateral or prior to the date
after which private sale of the collateral will be made shall

constitute reasonable notice, and

(b) PPI may remedy any default and may waive
any default without waiving the default remedied or without waiv-
ing any ather prior or subsequent default.
