THIS ASSIGNMENT made as of this 24th day of July, ~
1969, by and between PERRY PUBLICATIONS, INC., hereinafter
called the "Assignor", and JOHN H. PERRY, JR., hereinafter
called the "Assignee",
W I T N E S S E T H:
WHEREAS, by Security Agreement dated July 3, 1969,
FLORIDA FREEDOM NEWSPAPER, INC. granted to Assignor a security
interest in certain furnishings, furniture, equipment and inventory
more particularly described therein, in order to secure the payment ~
of all obligations and indebtedness of the FLORIDA FREEDOM
NEWSPAPERS, INC. to Assignor, including but not limited to
a certain promissory note dated July 3, 1969, given by FLORIDA
i
FREEDOM NEWSPAPERS, INC. to Assignor in connection with the sale `
of such furnishings, furniture, equipment and invent+ory ar~d other

assets and properties by FLORIDA FREEDOM NEWSPAPERS, INC, to Assignor;

WHEREAS, the aforesaid promissory note dated July 3, ~

~ 1969, has been transferred and assigned by Assignor to Assignee

~ o ~ pursuant to a plan of liquidation of the Assignor,

~ a X~ NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises, _

a ~ w the Assignor does hereby transfer, set over and assign to the

a~~ Assignee the aforesaid Security Agreement dated July 3, 1969, ~

a and all of the rights and remedies of the Assignor thereunder.
