and Ruth L. Darlinq, his wife, partiea of the first part, and
S. Hillnwn Perkins and Marjorie Perkins, his wife, partie8 of the
second part.

WHBREAS there presently exista betw~een the parties hereto
an Aqreement for Deed dated January 6, 1967, and recorded in ~
O. R. Sook 164, pages 1888-1891, of the Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida, covering certain real estate situated in the County
of St. Lucie, State of Florida, described as follows:
Lot 2, Block 1, l~t. E. QOLDSMITH' S SUHDIV IS IODT,
as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 2,
page 6, public recorde of St. Lucie County,
. Florida, toqether with all improven~ents thereon.

of said Agreement;
NaW THE~FORS, in consideration of the swn of $10.00 and
other valuable considerationa, betw~een the partiea, receipt of
