Nevling, Deceased, party of the first part, and WILLIAM EDWARD
NEVLING II~ and the BRGWARD NATIONAL BANK OF FORT LAUDERDALE,
Trustees of the Trusts created under the Last Will and Testament
and Codicil thereto of Agnes Lochrie Nevling, Deceased, for
the use and benefit of William Edward Nevling III and John
Thomas Nevling, whose permanent mailing address is c/o Trust
Department, Broward National Bank, 25 South Andrews Avenue,
Fort Lauderdale, Florida, parties of the second part,

That said party of the first part,in order to
confirm the distribution of the estate asset below described
