ASSIGNMENT OF MORTGAGE
IINOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESEL~S, that we, CATHERINE R.
CARLISLE,-CHARLES R. CARLISLE and ROBERT R. CARLISLE, as Trustees,
parties of the first part, in consideration of the sum of Ten
Dollars ($10.0U), and other valuable considerations, received from
or on behalf of CATHERINE R. CARLISLE, ROBERT R. CARLISLE and LUTHER
O. CARLISLE, as Trustees, parties of the second part, at or before
the ensealinq and delivery of these presents, the receipt whereof

in Official Record Book 171, page 1077, of the public records of St.
Lucie County, Florida, upon the following described piece or parcel
of land, situate and bei.ng in said County and State, to wit:

TOGETHER with the note or obligation described in said mort-
gage, and the moneys due and to become due thereon, with interest
from the date of this instrument.
