THIS WARRADPPY DEID, made the 13th day of - February ,
1970, by CATHERINE R. CARLISLE and LUTHER O. CARLISLE, her husband,
individually and as Trustees, and ROBSRT R. CARLISLE, individually
and as Trustee, joined by his wife, MARY W. CARLISLE, hereinafter
called the Grantor, to ST. LUCIE COUNPY BANK, As Trustee Under Trust

WITNESSETH: That the Grantor, for and in consideration
of the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other valuable considera-
tions, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, hereby grants,
bargains, sells, aliens, remises, releases, conveys and confirms
unto the Grantee, all that certain land situate in St. Lucie
County, Florida, to wit:
A parcel of submerged land along the easterly shore
of the Indian River within the projected boundaries
of Fractional Section 1, Township 35 South, Ranqe
40 East; and within the corporate limits of the City
of Fort Pierce, Florida, more particularly described
as follows:
4{ Beginning at a point in the Easterly shore of the
! Indian River, which i~ 525 feet West, and 250 feet,
~ more or less, South of the Nartheast corner of
~ Government Lot 6 of said Section 1; thence South
t 58 deg. 30 min. West, 500 feet to a point; thence
South 42 deg. East 235 feet, more or less, to a
point, ~hence North 58 deg. 45 min. Eas~, 650 feet
to a point in the easterly shore of the Indian River,
which point is 415 feet South, and 254 feet, more
or less, West of the aforesaid Northeast corner of
Government I,ot 6; thence Northwesterly and Westerly, ~
following said Easterly shore in its sinuosities,
375 feet, more or less, to-the point of-beginning. -

Commence at the Northeast corner of Government Lot
