ASSIGNMENT OF CONTRACT
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that Donald O. Sells and
Florence Sells, his wife, of Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida, parties
oi the first part, in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars ($10. 00) and
other valuable considerations to them in hand paid by Susan Hazellief, whose ~

mailing address is 2008 North 47th Street, Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County,
Florida, party of the second part, at or before the ~nsealing and delivery
of these presents, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, have granted,
bargained, sold, assigned, transferred and set ove~, and by these presents
do grant, bargain, sell, assign, transfer and set over unto the said party
of the second part, her heirs and assigns forever, a certain land contract
bearing date the lOth day of March, 1970, recorded in O. R. Book 183, page
2888 of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, made by Walter Ray
Jones and E. Ruth Jones, his wife, to Donald O. Sells and Florence Sells,
his wife, upon the following des cribed property situate in St. Lucie County,
Florida:
Lot 22, Block C, located in Harmoney Heights Section of
' Fort Pierce, Florida, consisting of a 2 bedroom cement
block and stucco house, being located at 2008 North 4?th

A portion of the consideration of this assignment being that the
party of the second part herein assumes all the obligations and agrees to

pay all the payments described in said contract now due or to become due,

together with all interest specified in said contract, i
And upon the performance of all the terms and conditions and the
~ completion of all payments as set forth in said contract, by the said party

~ of the second part, Susan Hazellief, her heirs or assigns, the parties of the

~ first part do hereby authorize the said Walter Ray Jones and E. Ruth Jones,

~ his wife, to make, execute and deliver a good and sufficient deed to the
