page 1519, dated the 15th day of May, 1969, between B. A. SiIMMERLIN

and MARGARET SUMMERLIN, his wife, and HOWARD F. HOiWE and LUCILLE
HOWE, his wife; that a typographical mistake was made in the
spelling of the last name of LUCILLE HOWE. That LUCILLE H06E was ~
meant to be LUCILLE HOWE and a typographical error was made and
the instrument so should have read.
