1. Whenever GENERAL DEVELOPMENT CJRPORATION, its successors or assigns, shall notiiy .

4. ln ihe event that the undersigned shall fail or refuse to make pcryment of the actual cosis or '
expenses incurred, 1hen, and in that event only, GENERAL DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, its suc- ~
cessozs or assigns, may undertake eoltection of the sum which the undersigned is obligated to pay ~

DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION may, in addition to other remedies prescribed by Florida law, give '
