THIS ADDENDUM TO MORTGAGE, made this 2nd day of

January, 1970, between FRANK K. NEMEC and PHYLLIS C. NEMEC, his
wife, hereinafter designated as Mortgagors, and FIRST FEDERAL SAVINGS i

WHEREAS Mortgagors executed a mortgage to Mortgagee,

dated July 15, 1966, recorded in Official Record Book 153, page 486, Public ;

records of St. Lucie County, Florida, which mortgage secured the payment ~

of the sum of $6, 500 .00 , and ~ ~

WHEREAS, the parties desire that the easement hereinafter E

; descrit~ed be added to the above mentioned mortgage as additional security ~ ~

for the said mortgage.
