.RESOLVED that the Declaration of Condominium, Page 4, ~

Section 4.4~is hereby amended and the following language shall ~

be inserted to constitute the first paragraph and said insertion
sY~all not alter any language set forth therein: Each of the
unit owners shall owr~ an undivided 1075th interest in the common
elements and 3imited common elements. The common elements shall
not include tract 1 through 8, inclusive as shown on the attached
survey and plat.
RESOLVED that the Declaration of Condominium, Page 5, Sectio~
9, line 5, is hereby amended by deleting the words Windmill Villa e
By the Sea Condominium l, and the following language inserted: ~
Windmill Village By the Sea Association, Inc. ~
IT IS HEREBY FURTHER CSRTIFIED by the undersigned officers j
1 that Windmill Village By the Sea, Inc. is the fee title holder
' of all properties in Windmill Village By the Sea Unit No. 1 as

~ per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 15, at pages 13 and 13A
of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
RESOLVED that any officer of Windmill Village By-the-Sea
