KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That EDMUND M. RADKE

and DORIS M. RADKE, his wife, parties of the first part, for and in consider-
ation of the sum of Ten ($10. 00) Dollars and other valuable considerations to
them in hand paid by FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF FORT PIERCE, party of the
second part, at or before the ensealing and delivery of these presents, the
-receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, have granted, bargained, sold, as- ~
signed, transferred and set over, and by these presents do grant, bargain,
sell, assign, transfer and set over unto the said party of the second part all
