North 2818.66 feet of the South 3502.06 ocean
front feet of said property in accorclance with
the "base line" as shown on the Georqe S. Brockway
survey under file No. TZrlPi-1109; and also
PARCEL B: The Northerly 2818.66 feet of the
Souther y 3502.06 feet of a parcel of submerged
(and/or partially filled) land in (or formerly in)
the Indian River in Section 27, Townahip 36 South,
Ranqe-i41 Sast, described as follows in Deed No.
214383 from Trustees of the Internal Improvement
Fund to William C. Schmidt,- recorded in Deed Book
224, page 202, St. Lucie County records:
From the Southeast corner of said Section 27, r~n
North 89° 38~ West 169.03 feet; thence North 23
38~ West-383.12 feet; thence North 25° 38~ West
451.22 feet; thence North 89° 38~ West 236.7 feet,
more or less, to the mean high water mark of the
Indian R~ver for the point of beginninq; thence
South 69 15~ West 620 feet; thence North 22° 05'
West 4,000 feet; thence North 69° 15' East 620 feet;
more or less, to the mean hiqh water mark of the
~ Indian River; thence Southeasterly along said mean
high water mark to the point of beqinninq.
TOGETHER with the riparian and littoral riqhts
appurtenant thereto or in anywi~e belonging.
EXCEPTING FROM PARCELS A AND B the riqht of way for
State Road A-1-A described in Official Records
Book 74, page 407.

IT IS FURT~R AGREED that the aforesaid mortgaqes, as hereby
consolidated, coordinated and extended, are qiven and accepted upon
the condition that the Mortqagee shall, ~n case of default, satisfy
the obliqations secured by the mortqages, as so consolidated, solely
by foreclosure and sale of the mortqaged premises, and that the
Mortgagor shall not be personally liable for any deficiency.
The Mortqaqor, fo~ himself, his successors and assiqns, hereby
covenants and agrees that he shall comply with all the terms and
conditions of the aforesaid notea and ~ortqaqea, as hereby modified.
This Agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit
of the heirs, executors, adminiatrators, auccessors and asaigns of
