9. To furtheT secure unto the mortgagee the
payment of tha aforessid note and the perforn~ance by
the mortgagor of all of his promises and covensnts ~
herein made~ the ~ortgagor has and does hereby transfer,
assign and set over unto the mortgagee all of the~rents,
income aAd profits noM or hareafter partaining or
arising from sdid property with full power and right
unto the ~nortgagee to rece~ve and collect the aan~e;
provided however, thst so long as the ~nortgagor shall .
faithfuliy keep and perforw each and every of his
promises and covenants set forth in said note and set
forth in all other portions of this mortgage and suffer
no default in connection therewith~ the mortgagee shall
allow the n~ortQagor to ~ol2ect and receive the same.
