2. The hMrt`agee may. at his option. and without waivins his ti`ht to accelerate the indebtedness hereb~~

required by the terma hereof to be paid by the Mortsator for the protectia? of the mortaase security or for the col-

the mortgage account and become an inte~ral part thereof. subject in all respecta to the term~. conditions. sod
covenants of the aforesaid promissory note, and this moryase. as fully and' to the same extent as thou`h a part

the Mortgaaee is hereby subro~ated to the lien or liens and to the rishts of the owners and holders thereof of each
and every mort`age, lien or other incumbcance on the isnd described herein rvhich is paid and/or satisCFd. in
whole or in pan. out of the proceeds of the loan desaibed herein or secwed hereby. and the respective liens of

other than the Mortgaaor, the Mortea~ee may, without notice to the Mottsaaa, deat with such successor or suc-
cessors in interest with reference to this deed and the debt hereby secnred, in the caiae manner as with the Mart-
~adot without in any way vitiatin~ or diachu`in~ the Mortsssor's liability harcunder or upon the debt hereby
secured. No sale ot the premises hereby motisaaed and no forbeuance on the put of the Mortsasee. and ~o ex-
, tension of the time for the payment of the debt hereby secnred `iven by the Mortsasee ahall operate to release,
dischar~e. modify, chan6e or affect the o~iginal liability of the Mortgagor herein either in whole or in put.

for. ot otherwise. until all suc6 indebtedness shatl have been fully paid.
