for us in all actions and proceedings to wfiich we may be parties
in the Courts of Florida or in any other Court in the United
3tates, or in the United Statea Courts, to commence actions and
proceedinqs in our names if necessary, to sign and verifry in ~ur
names all Complaints, Petitions, Answers and other pleadings of
every descriptiont to represent us~in all income tax matters
before all officers of the Internal Revenue Service, to make and
verify~ income tax returns, claims for refund, requests for exten-
sion of time, and consents in our names, to exscute petitions to
the Board of Tax Appeals and to cauae us to be represented in
such praceedings; hereby giving and qranting to our said attorney
full pow~e~r and authority to d,o and perform all and every act and
thing whatsoever necessary to be done in the premises, as fully

present, with full power of substitution and rewcation, hereby
