his wife, individually and d/b/a COLEMAN CONSTRUCTION COMPANY,
party of the first part, snd WALTBR B. HARVEY, JR. party of the
second part.
WITNESSETH:
FOR VALUE RECEIVED, the party of the first part hereby
assigns, sets over, transfers and conveys unto the party of the

assiqns, all the riqht, title and interest of the party of the
first part in and to:
(1) That certain Joint Venture Aqreement dated August 19,
1969, by and between Warren James Orovitz, M. L. Coleman, Jr. and
Walter 8. Harvey, Jr.
~ (2) That certain mortgage deed dated June 28, 1969,
from Walter B. Harvey, Jr. and Edith S. Harvey, his wife, M. L.
Coleman, Jr. and Betty Coleman, his wife, and Warren James Orovitz
and Nancy B. Orovitz, his wife, as mortgagors, to First Federal Savings
' & Loan Association of Ft. Pierce, mortqagee, which said mortgage deed
is recorded in Official Records Book 179, Page 352, Official Records
of St. Lucie County, Florida.
(3) That certain Construction ~.oan As~reement dated
June 28, 1969, from Walter B. Harvey, Jr. and Edith S. Harvey,
his wife, M. L. Co~eman, Jr. and Betty Coleman, his wife, and
- Warren James Orovitz and Nancy B. Orovitz, his wife, with Assent
by Contractor, M. L. Coleman Construction Co., Borrower, and
First Federal Savings~& Loan Association of Fort Pierce, Lender.
(4) Al1 leases of the premises hereinafter described,
- -now-made;-executed- or -delivered, -whether written--or--verbal,_or_ _ _
to be hereafter made, be the same written or verbal, includinq
speci£ically, without limitation of the generality hereof, the
following leases: ~
(a) Lease Agreement dated tdarch 13, 1969, between the
` parties and Dade Wholesale Products, Inc., for a period of fifteen
~ (15) years;
'a (b) Lease Agreement, dated February, 1970, between the
parties and Harvey's International, Inc., for a period of fifteen
! (15) years. '
