And now to these presents personally comes Walter B. ~
Harvey, Jr. and EditlZ Aarvey, his wife, who individually declare
that they accept ~his assignment, assuming all obligations arising ;
out of the mortgages, leases and other agreements assigned and
agree to hold M. L. Coleman, Jr. and Betty C. Coleman harmless
from any liability of any kind arising out of such mortgages,
leases and other agreements.
