D. 1970, between STEWART-WADE FLORIDA CORP., a Florida corporation, with its permanent postoffice address as c/o Jones, Adams, Paine & t' Foster, Attorneys at Law 601 Flagler Drive Court, West Palm Beach, Florida, hereinafter called the mortgagor, and WILLIAM F. SCOTT and BEVERLY K. SCOTT, his wife, residing at Route 3, Box 490S, Fort Pierce, Florida, hereinafter called the mortgagees: WITNESSETH: that for divers good and valuable consideration, and also in consideration of the aggregate sum named in~the prom- issory note of even date herswith, hereinafter described, the said Mortg$gor doth grant, bargain, sell alien, remise, release, convey and confirm unto the said Mortgagees, their heirs and as- signs, in fee simple, all that certain tract of land, of whfch the said Mortgagor is now seized and possessed, and in actual possession, situate in St. Lucie County, State of Florida, describ ed as follows: All of Sections 3, 4 and S, and those parts of Sections 8, 9 and 10, lying North of 5tate Road 68 (Orange Avenue F~cten- sion), all in Township 35 South, Range 37 East, St. Lucie County, Florida. ~ ~ SUBJECT 1~0 right-of-ways for public roads, utilities and ~ • drainage canals. SUBJECT 1~0-an easement for ingress and ~ ~ egress is reserved by the grantors herein for the use aad ~ benefit of L. W. Scott and Mary F. Scott, his wife, th~ir ~ heirs and assigns, over and across Sections 5 and 8 herein involved until such time as the transaction being closed this date by the grantee herein and L. W.
