M O R T G A G E ~

THIS MORTGAGE DEED made the day of April, A. D. 1970,
between STEWART-WADE FLORIDA CORP., a Florida corporation, with
its permanent postoffice address as ~~O Jones, Adams, Paine & Fost r,
Attorneys at Law, 601 Flagler Drive Court, West Palm Beach,
Florida hereinafter called the mortgagor, and L. W.
SCOTT and MARY F. SCOTT, his wife, residing at 601 S. 9th Street,
Fort Pierce, Florida, hereinafter called the mortgagee:
WITNESSETH: that for divers good and valuable considerations,
and also in consid~ration of the aggregate sum named in the promis
sory note of even date herewith, hereinafter described, the said
Mortgagor doth grant, bargain, sell, alien, remise, release, con-
vey and confirm unto the said Mortgagees, their heirs and assigns,
in fee simple, all that certain tract of land, of which the said
Mortgagor is now seized and possessed, and in actual possession,
situate in St. Lucie County, State of Florida, described as follo :
Sections 5,.6, 7, 8, 17, 18, 20, 27, 28, 29, 32, 33.and,34,
Township 34 South, Range 37 East, St. Lucie County, Florida.

~ said premises together with all the estate, right, title, interes

property, possession, claim and demand whatsoever as well in law
as in equity of the said mortgagor of, in and to the same and eve

part thereof unto the said mortgagee and their heirs and assigns
forever. Provided always, and this mortgage is upon this express

a, condition, that if mortgagor shall pay the note or obligation here

~ inbefore referred to and the indebtedness evidenced thereby, and
~ all other sums secured by this mortgage, and.stiall fully do, per-

~ form, camply with, and abide by all the covenants and agreements
said note and thig mortgage, then these presents shall be void,
