called the Trustees, whose P. O. address is Blliot Building,
Tallahassee, Florida,
W I T N S S S S T H:
THAT the District, for and in consideration of the benefits'
accruing to it, does hereby remise, lease and quitclaim unto the
Trustees forever all of the right, title, interest, claim and
demand which the District has in and to any lands in St. Lucie
County, Florida lying Sasterly of the following described line
to-wi t : ~
For a point of reference, commence at the Southeast
corner of Section 1, Township 35 South, Range 40
Sast; thence proceed on ari assumed bearing of "Bast"
along the extended Soutt~ line of said section a
distance of 89.76 feet to the Point of Beginning;
thence proceed on a bearing of North 20° 27` 40" West
; a distance of 702.00 feet to a point, said point
