Being the same premises conveyed by Margaret M. Reckefus to
Lloyd Wunder and Mary Elizabeth Wtinder, his~.wife by deed dated
the 1'Ith clay April, 1970 and to be simultaneously recorded
herewith.
The within mortgage is a purchase money mortgage having been
given to secure the unpaid portion of the purchase price of these
premises.
If there be any change in the ownersliip of the mortgaged
premises, e~ccept by operation of will or intestacy laws, the
principal and i.nterest secured by this mortgage shall, at the
option of the mortgagee, become due and payable i~nediately,
I~ an~tthing herein contained to the contrary notwithstanding. Z'he
i acceptance of any payments by the mortgaqee after any such change
~ in ownership shall not operate as a waiver.
