EXECUTOR'S DEED
THIS INDENTURE, executed the day of ,
1970, between St. Lucie County Bank, of Fort Pierce, St. Lucie ounty,
Florida, as Executor of the Estate of William Walter Bell, deceased, first
party; and Lillian Chevalier, of Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida, whose
mailing address is 110 South 20th Street, Fort Pierce, Florida, second party;
WIiEREAS, William Walter Bell died seized and possessed of the
following described property lyi.ng, b~ing and situate in the County of St. Lucie,
State of FZorida;
Lot 3, Block 2, of Sharpe' a Subdivision of that part of the
W2 Qf the NW 4 of the NE! of the SW 4 of Section 9, Township
35 South, Range 40 East, as per plat recorded in Plat Book 8,
page 61, public records of St. Lucie County, Florida; and
WHEREAS, the St. Lucie County Bank, of Fort Fierce, Florida,
has been appointed duly qualified executor of the estate of William Walter
Bell, deceased; and .

~NHEREAS, the St. Lucie County Bank did petition the County ~,~,~,15
Court of St. Lucie County, Florida, that court having jurisdiction of the estate ~j.
of William Walter Bell, for authority to sell the above described property to the ~
second party and for an order authorizing such sale, and

WHEREAS, the County Judge did, on the ~day of
1970 enter an order authorizing the sale of the property to the second party;
NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises and the sum of
Ten Dollars (~10. 00) and other good and valuable considerations, receipt of
which is acknowledged by the first party, the first party, as executor of the
estate of William Walter Bell, deceased, does grant, bargain, sell and convey
unto the secaid party, her heirs, personal representatives and assigns, forever,
I the lands described and all their appurtenances.

~ TO HAVE AND TO HOLD unto the second party, her heirs, personal
~ aiepresentatives and assigns, and every right, title and interest of which
I St. Lucie County B~nk, as executor, is now seized and possessed a.nd of which
~ William Walter Bell died seized and possessed, as fully and completely as the

~ St. Lucie County Bank, as Executor as aforesaid, could or should convey the
property under and pursuant to the orders of the above mentioned court and
applicable law.
