under the laws of the State of Florida and having its principal place of business
at Fort Pierce, Florida, as Executor of the Estate of Frank O. Klosset, deceased,
First Party, and ROSE K. GREEN of St. Lucie County, Florida, whose post
office address is 2505 Soutfi Fourteenth Street, Ft, Pierce, ~lo~ida

WHEREAS, the First Party did petition the County Judge of St. Lucie

deceased, for authority to sell the property to the Second Party, and
