NOTICE OF LL.S PENDENS
Notice is given that a suit was instituted in the Circuit Court in
and for St. Lucie County, Florida, in Chancery, on the /~~day of May, 1970,
by William H. Gilbert and Mary E. Gilbert, his wife, Plaintiffs, against John
Barron McKendrew, individually, and as Executor of the Will of Frank John
McKendrew, Deceased; and Barbara McKendrew, his wife, Defendants.
The property involved is that certain lot, parcel or piece of land
situate, lying and being in St. Lucie County, Florida, more particularly

~ Lot 8, Block 22, Kevised Plat of Blocks 1?, 21 & 22, .
Fort Pierce Beach Subdivision, as per plat thereof on
file in Plat Book 10, at page 12, of the public records
of St. Lucie County, Florida.
The relief sought in and by this suit is the reformation of two deeds
of conveyance to the above described real properiy, the same being recorded
~ in O. R. Book 177, pages 143 and 14~, respectively, of the public records of

~ St. Lucie County, Florida, which deeds coa~tain erroneous descriptions, and for

other and further and general relief set forth in the complaint.
