THIS AGREEI~N'P, made ~nd entered into by and between J. T. STEWART MORTGAGfi
CaMPANY, INC., A FLORIDA CORPORATIQd, mortgagee and NATHANIEL PHILLIPS and WILLENB
PHILLIPS, mortgagors.

iJHERBAS, the parties hereto under date of January 29, 1970 entered into a
certain mortgage Note and Mortgage Agreement, which vas recorded in Official
Records Book 182, Page 1752 of the Put,lic Records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
being described as follows:
Lot 4, ADAM'S SUBDIVISION, as per plat
thereof recorded in Plat Book 14, Page
57 of Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida.
.WHEREAS, parties hereto desire to modify, amend and change some of the terans
and provisions of said Mortgage in order that it may set forth the true, complete .
and intended agreement between the parties:
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants herein contained the
parties do hereby agree as follows;
The first monthly pay~ent is shown to be due on or before the first day of
May 1970 and the final monthly payment is shown to be due on or before the first
day of April, 2000, the Mortgagors and Mortgagees are desirous of amending the first

payment due date to June 1, 1970 and amending the final payment due date to May,2000
I' at which time the entire outstanding remaining principal_balance shall be paid in

Except as hereby expressly modified, all the terms, covenants, canditions and
provisions of the Note and Mortgage dated January 29, 1970 shall remain in full force
and ~tf~t.
