POWER OF ATTORNEY

That I, SAMUEL BI~AII~McCORKLE, of Fort Pierce, Florida,
do hereby appoint RONALD D. McCORKLE and JAMES R. McCORKLE, of ~ ~
Fort Pierce, Florida, my attorney, for me and in n~y name to ask, ~
demand, sue far, collect, recover and receive all swns of money,
debts, dues, accounts, interest, dividends and demands, whatso-
