THIS AGREEMLNT, made and entered into by and between J. T. STEWART MOltTGAGE
C~ANY, INC., A FLORIDA CORPORATION, Mortgagee, and Lent Ware and Mary Alice Ware

of Ft. Pierce, Flarida, mortgagors. ~
WHERBAS, the parties '~ereto under date of January 29, 1970 entered into a
certain mortgage note and mortgage agreement, which was recorded in Official
Records Book 182, Page 1752 of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
being described as follows:

Lot 3 AD~lM'S SUBDIVISION, as per plat
thereof recorded in~Plat Book 14, Page
57 of the Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Floridr?.
WHEREAS, parties hereto desire to modify, amend and change some of the terms
and provisions of said Mortgage in order that it may set forth the true, complete
and intended agreement between the parties:
- NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants herein contained,
the parties do hereby agree as follows:
The first monthly payment is shown to be due on or before the first day of ~

May 1970 and the final payment is shawn to be due on or before the first day of ~
' April 2000, the Mortgagors and Mortgagees are desirous of amending the first pay-

' ment due date to June 1, 1970 and amending the final payment due date to May 2000

! at which time the entire outstanding remaining principal balance shall be paid in
~
; full.
~ Except as hereby expressly modified, all the terms, covenants, conditions and
~
~ provisions of the Note and Mortgage dated January 29, 1970, shall remain in full
force and effect.

This agreement shall be binding upon and enure to the benefit of the parties
