FINE, who by me being first duly sworn. upon oath says that:
1. He is one and the same ALEX FINE who was one of the Grantors
in a warranty deed dated March 23, 1961, filed March 29, 1961 in Official
Record Book 6 at page 639 of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
which conveyed the following described property:
Lot 56 of Unit 1, of MARAVILLA GARDENS, as
per plat thereof on file in Plat Book 6, at page
55, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida. ~

2. At the time said warranty deed was executed and delivered, he was
a single adult.
