ARTICLES OF AGREE~MENT
THIS AGREEMENT made and entered into thia 3_
0~___ day of
April, 1970, by and between E.Z.E., INC., a Florida Corpora-
tion, hereiriafter called the party of the firat part, and
FEDDO WASHINGTON and B~SSIE WASHINGTON, his wife, whose mail-
ing address is: 906 North 24~ Street, Ft. Pierce, Florida, ~
hereinafter called the parties of the second part.
WITNESSTTH:
That the parties hereto acknowledge that the second par- `
tiea have been in possession ~f the premises from and after
the 1'7~ day of June, 1963, on which date a similar Articles of :
Agreement was executed and delivered to the second parties and
which said Articles of Agreement dated the 1'7~ day of June, 1963,
is hereby replaced by ~this instrument executed this date rati- i
fying the said Agreement and adding thereto a redemption clause
in paragraph 5, all other provisions, conditions, and require-
ments being and remaining unchanged.
That if the said parties of the second part shall first

make the payments and perform the covenants hereinafter men- ~
tioned on their part to be made and performed, and the said ~
party of the first part hereby coven3nts and agrees to convey
and assure to the said parties of the second part, their heirs= ~
executors, administrators or assigns, in fee simple, by a good
; and sufficient deed, the following described property, together =

` witb all improvements thereon, lying, being and situate in St. -

I,ucie County, Florida, to-wit:

s and the parties of the second part hereby covenant and agree
~ to pay to the said party of the first part, as consideration '

~ therefor, the sum of EI~EVEN THOIISAND AND NO/100 (~11,000.00)

~ DOLLARS in the manner following:
~ FIVE HIINDRED CASH IN HAND PAID THIS DAY, SI%TY DOI,LARS ON

~ THE FIRST DAY OF AIIGIIST 1963, AND SI%TY DOZLARS ON THE '
~ FIRST DAY OF EACH SIICCEEDING MONTH THEREAFTER UNTIL THE i

~ with interest at the rate of 6~ per centum per annum, payable ~
~ monthly on the whole sum remaining from time to time unpaid; ~

~ and to pay all tages, asseasments or impositions that may be ~

~ legally levied or impoaed upon said land subsequent to the year ~

1963, and to keep the buildings upon said premiaes, insured in ~

; some company satisfactory to the party of the first part, and ;

payable for the parties, respectively as their interesta may :
appear, in a sum not lesa than SEVEN THOIISAND DOLLARS during ~
