Contract; and auch paymenta shall be retained by the said party !
of the firat part in full ~atisfaction and liquidatiob of all ~
damages by them sustained; and the said party of the firat part
shall have ~he right to re-enter and take pogsession of the pre-
mises aforeaaid without being liable to any action therefor.
The parties of the second part are given t he expresa privilege
of making two or more payments on any installment due date
without penalty, but the making of ~uch additional payments
ahall not extend the time of the next due payment.
It is mut~ually agreed by and between the parties hereto,
that the time of each payment shall be an eagential part of
thi9 contraet and that all covenants and agreementa herein con-
tained shall extend to, and be obligatory upon the heirs, exe- ~
cutors, adminiatrators and asaigna of the respective parties.
