~ixtures, articles of personal property, awards and other rights and in-
~zrests bei~~ hereinafter collectively called the "mortgaged property").
TO :IAVE AI~TD TO HOLD the mortgaged property and every part thereof unto
~:e Mortgagee, its successors and assigns ~orever for the purposes and uses

~i'~TD the Nortgagor further covenants and agrees with the Mortgagee, as '

1. Thz l+:ortgagor will promptly pay the principa]. of and interest on
~:~e ir.debtedness evidenced by the Note, and all other charges and indebted-
ress provided therein and in tc~is Mortgage, at the times and i.n the manner
:;rovided in the Note and in this Mortgage.
2. The P:ortgagor wil2 pay when due, as hereinafter provided, all
~;~oand rents, ~f any, and all taxes, assessments, water rates and other
~~vernraental cY~arges, fines and impositions, of every kind and nature
:•:::atsoever, n~w or hereafter imposed on the mortgaged property, or any part
; ~::er~of, and wzll pay when due every amount of indebtedness secured by any ?
~ ;~~en to whic'n t'ne lien of this Mortgage is expressly subject. !

3. This i~iortgage and the Note were executed and delivered to secure ~
~ W~neys advanced in full to the Mortgagor by the Mortgagee as or on account
~i a loan evidenced by the Note, for the purpose o~ making the improve-
:~:~ts described or referred to in the ~inal wor~ write-ups and cost estimates
