SUBLBASB CONSIDSRATION. Sublesaee ehall pay and does hereby
agree to pay Subleseor at auch place as Subleeaor may desigaate frvm
time to time, in writing, a lease payment for the uae of the pretoisea
as followa: An annual rental of THRSB HUNDRED and 00/1Q0 DOLIARS '
($300.00).
3.1 The first payment to be_ane due at the time of delivery
of the Warranty Deed on the Sublesaee's condaniniwn unit.
3.2 The firat payment to be prorated to the first day of Julq,
1969, and thereafter paya~enta to be due on or before the first day of
July of each year for the balance of the term of the Sublea8e.
3.3 Rental ie aubject to the increase in accordance with the
provisions of Paragraph 25 of the Lease betveeen IANDMARK VILIAS, INC. and
VILIA DBL SOL, INC.

DUTIBS OF SUBLESSOR. The Subleasor agrees to perform all of

the duties and obligations to be performed by the Lesaee under the pro-
~ vieiona of Paragraphs S, 6, 7, 9 and 23 of the lease betw~een IANDMARK
f4 VILIAS, INC. and VILIA DBL SOL, INC., and the Sublessee agrees to pay

promptly to the Subleesor on demand a prorata ehare of all coste and
expenses incurred by the Sublesaor in fulfilling the above ohligations
The share to be based upon the Sublessee's ownerahip of the cou~aon elements
as eet forth in Paragraph 7 of the Declaration of Condominium of VILIA DEL ,
