7.
MORTGAGING LEASEHOLD INrSR&ST. The Sublessee shall have the
right when entering into a mortgage ae mortgagor with a mortgagee as ~
defined under Paragraph 16.2 of the Declaration of Condominium of i
VILIA DBI. SOL, INC. to mortgage the lesaehold interest which he has i

acquired by virtue of this Sublease. .
8.
LISN AGAINST'COND~IUM UNIT. If any rent payable by Sub-
leaeee or Subleseor ehall be and remain unpaid for more than fifteen
(15) daye after the same ahall be due and payable, or if Subleasee shall
violate or default in performnnce-Qf any of the other coveaants, agree-
mente, etipulatione or conditiona herein, and such violation or default •
shall continue for a period of thirty (30) days after written natice of
such violation or default, then it ehall be optional for Sublessor to

declare thie Lease forfeited and the lease term ended and to re-enter =

eaid premisea, with or without proceas of law, ueing such force as may be ;

neceseary, to remove Sublessee and Sublessee's chattels therefrom. Sub-
lesaor ahall not be liable for damages by reason of such re-entry or for-
~ feiture. Notwithstanding such re-entrq by Subleseor, the liability of Sub-
lessee for the rent provided for herein for the balance of the lease terms
ahall not be relinquished or extinguiehed. ~
