rent. The lien created by this Lease shall be subject and inferior only
to the lien of a valid first mortgage placed upon the condaninium unit
incident to and connected with the original purchaseqf said condominium
unit. The lien granted hereby may be foreclosed by Sublesaor in the saaie
manner as a mortgage lien may be forecl.osed and Sublessees hereunder

incurred by Subleseor as a result of a foreclosure of such lien. ~

COSTS AND AITORNEYS FBBS. In any proceeding arising because
of a default by one of the partiee, the nondefaulting party shall be
able to collect reasonable attorneys feea, expenses and coata arising

CONDITIONS. This Agreement shall be binding upon and enure to
