TRUSTEES' DEED
THIS INDENTURL made and entered into this ~
day of ~n , 1970, between WILLIAM EDWARD NSVLING
III and the BROWARD NATIONAL BANK OF FORT LAUDERDALE, as Trustees
of the Trusts created under the Last Will and Testament and
Codicil thereto of Agnes Lochrie Nevling, Deceased, for the
use and benefit of William Edward Nevling III, parties of the
first part, and WILLIAM EDWARD NEVLING III, individually,
whose permanent mailing address is 1881 Middle River Drive,
Apt. No. S07, Fort Lauderdale, F lorida, party of the second
part,
WITNESSETH:
That said parties of the first part for the sum of
Ten($10.00) Dollars and other good and valuable considerations
to them in hand paid by the party of the second part, the
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, have granted, bargained

' assigns forever an undivided one-fourth (1/4) interest in the
following described land, situate, lying and being in the County

~ 39 East, containing approximately 8.63 acres, ;
~ the same being one-half (1/2) of the interest in the above-
