The mortgagee shall execute a partial release of mortgage
when a total of $4,000.00 shall be paid from the mortqagors
i to the mortgagees, which partial release of mortgage shall,
at the option of the mortgagors, be for either Lots 6 and 7, `
or for Lots 14 and 15. It is the specific intent of the ~
parties hereto that upon the gayment of $4,000.00, the
mortgagors shall be entitled to a release of the mortgage
for either that parcel of land constituting Lots 6 and
or that parcel of land constituting Lots 14 and 15, and the
recording of this mortgage by the mortgagee shall be an
acceptance of this partial release agreement.
