for Economic Development Rdministration, Miami, Florida,
which, together with its successors and assigns, is here-

WHEREAS, Mcrtgagor mortgaged unto Mortgagee ~

by Mortgage dated February 17, 1965 and recorded i:~ Official i
Record Book 112 at Page ~5 of the Circuit Court Clerk's Of-
fice at St. Lucie County, Florida, the real and personal pro- £
perty described therein, in said Mortgage and herein referred ~

~ to as the "mortgaged property", which Mortgage was executed ;

bearing interest as therein provided and paysble in monthly ;
