1~~491 THIS MORTGAG$ DEED, made and executed the~0 day of April, 1970
by H~R HOYT, ~oined by hia wife, GBRTRUDB M. HOYT, as to a 1/4th interest;
GBRTRUDE M. HOYT, joined by her husband, HOMI:R AOYT, as to a 1/4th interest;
BERNARD PASKIN, ~oined by his wife, ANNS WISS PASRIN, as to a 1/4th interest;

DAVID HORNSTSIN, joined by his wife, JBANETTE HORNSTEIN, as to a 1/8th interest
hereinafter called the Mortgagor, which term shall include the heirs, legal re-
presentatives, successors and assigns of the said Mortgagor wherever the context
so requires or admits, to ROBERT C. SALISBURY, TRUSTES, hereinafter called the

and assigns of the said Mortgagee wherever the context so requires or admits.
