THIS MORTGAGE DEED -~Ji~

EXECUTED the ~day of April, 1970, by
Snorkel Properties, Inc., a Florida corporation, parties o£ the
first part, hereinafter called "the Mortgagor", to
JOSEPH A. DEDiARCO and CAROLYN DEMARCO, his wife,
parties of the second part, hereinafter called "the Mortgagee",
W 1 T N E S S E T H:
THAT, for divers good and valuable consideration, and,

also, in consideration of the aggregate sum named in the pro- ~
missory note of even date herewith, hereinafter described, the '

Mortgagor does hereby grant, bargain, sell, alien, remise, re- _

lease, convey and confirm unto the Mortgagee, their successors

and assigns, in fee simple, all that certain tract of Iand of
which the Mortgagor is now seized and possessed, situate in

St. Lucie County, Florida, and described in Exhibit "A" attached
hereto and made a part hereof;

TO HAVE AND TO HOLll the same, together with the tene- ~

ments, hereditaments and appurtenan ces, unto the Mortgagee, their
successors and assigns, in fee simple.
And the Mortgagor, for itself, its successors and

~ assigns, covenants with the Mortgagee, their successors and

o in fee simple to the extent to which it has received such title

! shall be lawful for the Mortgagee, their successors and assigns,
at all times peaceably and quietly to enter upon, ho1d, occupy ~
