AFTER DATE, FOR VALUE RECEIVED, the undersigned promise
to pay ~o the order of JOSEPH A. DEMARCO and CAROLYN DEMARCO, his
~vife, the principal surn of ~93, 720. 00 payable in the following installments
a?id at the following tirnes; to-wit: $18, 744. 00 one year after the*date hereof,
and a like sum of ~18, 7~4. 00 on the corresponding day of each year thereafter
' up to and includirg a day which is five (5) years after the date of delivery hereof;
~ tagether with interest on the arnount of this note, figured always on the dimish-
~ ing and unpaid principal balances, from time to time, computed from and after
the date hereof at the rate of 6 1/4~ per cent interest payable annually from and
~ after the date of delivery hereof. The principal and interest shall be payable ~
~ at401 I.evering Mill Road, Cywyd, Pennsylvania
~ or at such other place or places as the payee or holder of this note may
~ designate in writing from time to time. *delivery date which is May 18, 1970.

~ Failure of the Buyer or any other person, now or hereafter liable
for the payment of the within nae, to pay any installment of principal and
~ interest as and when they become due with such failure continuing uncured
for thirty (30) days, will confer upon the payee or the holder of. this note,
then or thereafter whi le such failure continues uncured, the privilege of
accelerating and calling due the entire unpaid balance of principal and
~ interest evidenced hereby, anything to the contrary in this note contained
~ notwithstanding.
