evidenced hereby, in whole or in part, at any time witho~t penalty or
' premium for such prepayment, and any partial paymer?ts made on this
. note shall be applied to and credited against the next maturing principal
installment or installments of the indebtedness evidenced hereby; and the
Buyer shall, along with such prepayment, pay to the payee or holder of
this note interest on the amount then being prepaid from the date that
interest was last paid up to~ the date of such prepayment. Notwithstanding the
, above, no prepayment shall be made prior to January 1, 1971.
_ • The Buyer and-all persons now or hereafter liable for the
, payment of the within note hereby agrees to waive demand, notice of non~-
payment and of dishonor and of protest, and agree that if, by reason of
f default in the within note, the payee or the holder of this note employs an
attorney at law to enforce the within note and the mortgage which secures
it, to pay all costs of court and reasonable attorney's fees incurred or
expended by the payee or the holder of this note.
