MORTGAGE DEED

THIS MORTGAGE DEED ~
EXECUTED the day of April, 1970, by
SEA WOLF PROPERTIES, INC. , a Florida corporation, parties of the
first part, hereinafter called "the Mortgagor", to
HENRI A. TASCA and BERTHA S. TASCA, his wife, parties
of the second part, hereinafter called "the Mortgagee",
WITN ESSETH :
THAT, for divers good and valuable consideration, and,
also, in consideration of the aggregate sum named in the promissory note
of even date herewith, hereinafter described, the Mortgagor does hereby
grant, bargain, sell, alien, remise, release, convey and confirm unto the
Mortgagee, their successors and assigns, in fee simple, all that certain
tract of land of which the Mortgagor is now seized and possessed, situate in
St. Lucie County, Florida, and described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and
' made a part hereof;

~ TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, together with the tenements, ~

hereditaments and appurtenances, unto the Mortgagee, their successors and

~ assigns, in fee simple.
~ And the Mortgagor, for itself, its successors and assigns, ~

.w covenants with the Mortgagee, their successors and assigns, that the Mortgagor ~

is indefeasibly seized of said land in fee simple to the extent to which it has
a~~ received such title from the Mortgagee; that the Mortgagor has full power and
~ lawful right to convey said land in fee simple as aforesaid; that it shall be law-

~ ful for the Mortgagee, their successors and assigns, at all times peaceably

~ and quietly to enter upon, hold, occupy and enjoy said Iand; and that the ~

~ ~ Mortgagor will defend the same against the lawful claims of a11 persons claim-
